When you order any of our galactic activation products, we ask for your patience.
    Because the PAO is a non-profit organization, we must pay as we go. Although we provide you with Sheldan's FREE updates, we have no regular source of income to pay our overhead. To pay our expenses, we rely on your donations and the modest sums we earn from Sheldan's audio/video lecture series and printed materials.
    Whenever we offer a new item, we must receive a minimum number of your orders before we can print/create/duplicate it.
    Frequently, after we have mailed out a bulk order, we receive trickles of new requests, only to discover that our initial product supply has run out. When this occurs, we must wait for another minimum number of orders to accumulate before the items can be re-duplicated and your orders filled. This may lead to delays.
